How much space is needed to set up WHERIZ®?
The WHERIZ® cube measures 2 m x 2 m (4 m²).For an optimal experience, we recommend leaving at least 2 meters of free space around it so that players can move, walk around the cube, and step back to observe the illustrations.
How to set up an event?
You and your team have access to a dedicated operator interface. Events can be set up quickly (dates, times, scenario), even on-site. You can also define a minimum and maximum game duration, customize a welcome message, and activate the contest mode, which allows for a random draw to select a winner — far more innovative than a simple raffle!
How many people can play at the same time?
WHERIZ® is designed for high-capacity events. Around 20 to 30 people can play simultaneously around one cube. Thanks to relatively short game sessions, it ensures a high turnover, accommodating over 300 players per hour.
Can players join without using a smartphone?
No, a smartphone is required to play WHERIZ®, as the app is used to answer questions and track points in real time. However, one smartphone can be shared by 2 or 3 players, allowing everyone to enjoy the game even if not all players have their own device. You can also provide smartphones for participants if needed.
Where and when can it be installed?
WHERIZ® can be installed at any type of event. The concept works both indoors and outdoors, day or night, thanks to its fire-retardant, backlit cover that ensures safety and optimal visibility in all circumstances.
Is an internet connection required to play?
An internet connection is only required at the start of the game to load the questions. Once the game has started, it runs without a continuous connection, allowing play even in areas with limited network coverage.
